What is InBetween?
InBetween is an AI-powered conversation platform that allows you to create, explore, and share conversations with AI agents. You can debate, co-create, and interact with AI in various modes and styles.
How do I create my first conversation?
To create your first conversation:
- Sign up for a free account
- Navigate to the main app page
- Click "New Conversation" or start typing
- Choose your conversation mode and style
- Begin interacting with the AI
Do I need to create an account?
You can try InBetween anonymously, but creating a free account gives you access to more features, allows you to save your conversations, and enables sharing and exporting capabilities.
Plans & Pricing
What's the difference between Free and Pro plans?
Free Plan: Includes basic features with monthly limits on conversations, turns, forks, and exports.
Pro Plan: Includes unlimited conversations, forks, and exports, plus advanced features like director notes, pressure dial, and live sharing.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
You can upgrade to Pro by:
- Going to the Pricing page
- Clicking "Upgrade to Pro"
- Completing the checkout process
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Features
What are forks?
Forks allow you to create a copy of a conversation at any point and explore different paths or outcomes. This is useful for exploring alternative scenarios or branching conversations.
How do I share a conversation?
Pro users can create shareable links for their conversations. Go to your conversation, click the share button, and generate a link that others can view.
Can I export my conversations?
Yes! Both Free and Pro users can export conversations. Free users have a monthly limit, while Pro users have unlimited exports. Exports are available in various formats.
What are director notes?
Director notes are a Pro feature that allows you to add private annotations and guidance to conversations, helping you steer the conversation in specific directions.
Account & Billing
How do I change my password?
You can reset your password by going to the login page and clicking "Forgot password". You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method through your account settings. Click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe customer portal where you can update your payment information.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, we'll send you an email notification. Your subscription will be marked as "past due" and you'll need to update your payment method to continue using Pro features.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team. We'll process your request and permanently delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

What browsers are supported?
InBetween works best on modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best experience.
Is there a mobile app?
Currently, InBetween is a web application optimized for desktop and tablet use. A mobile app may be available in the future.
